The Komsomolskaya Pravda thinks so:
Американская комиссия по безопасности и сотрудничеству в Европе (ее еще называют “хельсинской комиссией”, в которую входят конгрессмены, а также представители госдепартамента и министерства обороны) весьма своеобразно откликнулась на теракты в московском метро. Высокопоставленные правозащитники эти акции… практически оправдали.
«Архитекторы российской политики на Северном Кавказе не ездят в метро, – говорится в заявлении комиссии. – А совершенные теракты – это крик о помощи, призывающий к прекращению насилия и ликвидации бедности в Чечне и соседних регионах». Вот так! Надо, мол, понять “несчастных террористов”, хотя взрывали они обычных пассажиров подземки, не имеющих отношения к большой политике.
The American Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (also named Helsinki Commission, in which includes legislators, as well as representatives of the State Departmane, and the Defense Department) had a very peculiar way to respond to terrorists acts in the Moscow subway. Senior defenders of these actions…practically justified.
“The architects of the Russian policy in the Northern Caucasus don’t ride the metro, – said the commission in a statement. A committed terrorist act is a cry for help, calling for an end to violence and the eradication of poverty in Chechnya and neighbouring regions.” Wow!
